*British Artist, Margaret Sherry brings the unique personalities of her many cherished feline friends magically to life. Be they lofty Siamese or garden-variety “moggies,” finely pedigreed or straight out of London’s back alleys, her cats are all fluffy and furry, humorous and happy, compassionate and cheeky. Painting with watercolor on specially hand-made paper imported from Italy, Margaret has lovingly created each kitty, hoping one will find a snug corner in your heart in which to cuddle up.

*Makiko was born in Nagoya, Japan. For almost 25 years she has been working as a freelance illustrator for greeting cards and children’s publishing in Europe and Japan. She loves nature and animals, and her inspiration comes from the innocent movement of animals and children. And for her, animals are a good way of conveying a message and emotion. “She loves to be a part of this magical world”.

*Anne Mortimer is well known for her illustrations of cats. During the 1980’s she also published books including the well loved and celebrated Christmas Mouse and The Owl and the Pussycat.
